1. Enrolment in the Affiliate Program
To begin enrolment, you will submit an application via our third party affiliate service site, myreferer. We will then evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection.
2. Links on your site
You will provide links on your website, using our text and banner links with your unique tracking code embedded in the link. We have made a number of links and banners available in your affiliate control centre.
3. Tracking of referrals.
A third party tracking service/software will handle the tracking of all visitors you send to our website. You will have an account where you can log in and see your stats and earnings. Once a visitor applies, a lead will be pending in your account. When we receive all the required documents from the applicant, we will approve the lead. Please note that an approved lead is by no means and approved sale, and there are a number of steps involved after a lead has been approved until the final commission will be paid. Not all leads convert to sales. Once a bond has been approved and registration took place, you will see a “sale” in your account and you will receive commission on that sale. The sale amount will be the final amount of the bond that has been registered.

5. Fee payment
We will pay you commission on a monthly basis. Fees are paid directly into your bank account within 28 days following the end of each month, for the commission earned on all approved and registered loans of your visitors during that month. There are no minimum payment amounts.
6. Responsibility for your website
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your website and for all materials that appear on your site. This includes, but is not limited to: The technical operation of your site, creating and posting links on your site to us, ensuring content that appears on your site is not copyrighted and does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, and also ensuring that no materials posted on your site are illegal.
7. Term of agreement
The term of this agreement will begin upon acceptance of your program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn commission on loans registered during the term of the Agreement. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
8. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. You will be notified by email and a change notice will be posted on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
9. Relationship of Parties
You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.
10. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
11. Disclaimer
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program. We make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
